Banana omelette


  • 6 Ovyta eggs
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 4 bananas cut into slices (crossways)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • powdered cinnamon


Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the bananas for 2 minutes. Beat the eggs loosely together with the milk and sugar and divide into four small greased oven dishes. Divide the bananas into the dishes with the egg mixture. Bake for approx. 30 minutes until the egg mixture is firm. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
