• 600g diced leek
  • 450g diced smoked ham
  • 16 Ovyta eggs
  • 50g chopped onion
  • 2 chopped cloves of garlic
  • 130g pancetta cut into small pieces
  • 3g thyme
  • 20g flat leaf parsley
  • 2 sheets of ready-to-use shortcrust pastry
  • salt and pepper


Mix together all the ingredients except for the pastry and season with salt and pepper. Line two 24-cm quiche pans with the pastry and pour over the filling. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
